TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Effective from 1.10.2024.
When a customer orders a product or products from the shop, the customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The products/services are sold by Ujo (EU VAT number 28256956). Ujo sells products to private individuals in Finland and countries inside and outside EU.
All prices include value added tax (25,5%). Ujo reserves the right to change the prices.
The products are ordered primarily from the shop via the shopping cart.
Item count is stated in every product page. If it is out of stock, contact me at info@ujo.rocks. If a unique or limited edition item is sold out, it is sold out for good.
All orders are confirmed by email and include the total price of the order, shipping costs and products ordered. To receive an order confirmation, a correct email address should be provided when ordering.
For Finnish customers the following payment options are available: online banking, credit cards, mobile payment, part payment and Paypal. More info about the options in Finnish here.
International customers have the following payment options: credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), mobile payment (Apple Pay) and PayPal. More details of each payment method below.
Payment Service Provider
Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact the website the payment was made to.

Online banking
You can pay your order online with all major Finnish banks (Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, Osuuspankki, POP-pankki, Säästöpankki, S-pankki and Ålandsbanken). When paying by bank, the customer is directed to make the payment in their bank’s own online service.
Credit cards
You can pay your order online with Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Credit card payments are easy and secure with the added level of security with 3-D Secure.
Mobile payments
You can also pay your order with the following mobile payment methods: Mobilepay, Siirto and Apple Pay.
Part payment services
Buy now, Pay later (BNPL) service providers offer consumers flexibility and payment time. These options are only available for Finnish residents and you can apply online.

Minimum age: 18 yrs
30 interest-free payment days and the option to pay in installments.

OP Lasku (OP Invoice)
Credit limit: up to 5000€
Minimum age: 20 yrs
45 days interest-free payment period and the option to pay in installments. An account management fee of 2,95€ is added to the invoice. When paying in installments the annual interest is 19.50%. If the consumer pays the minimum amount of the invoice, it automatically switches to installments.

OP Tililuotto (OP Overdraft Facility)
Credit limit: up to 7500€
Minimum age: 23 yrs
30 days interest-free payment period and the option to pay in installments. The monthly credit installment includes an invoicing fee of 5,00 euros and the nominal interest rate for payments in installments is OP-prime + 9.50%.

PayPal
If you choose PayPal as your payment option you will be transferred to the PayPal Payment Gateway where you can pay with your PayPal account.
Off the shelf products are processed and shipped within 4 working days. Delivery time for custom made orders varies from a few weeks to several months. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a delivery notification with a tracking link to follow the progress of your shipment.
FINLAND
Delivery time in Finland is usually 1-3 days. Packaging and postage costs in Finland are 7 € per shipment.
You can also choose to pick up your order from PAJA1605 shop in Oulu (no postage costs added).
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties or other comparable costs imposed by their country.
Items are shipped via the Finnish Post office. Parcels are delivered to the recipient’s address or to the nearest pick-up point.
I will update the prices when I find alternative shipping methods.

I take pride in everything I make and I hope you will be satisfied with your product. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me via the contact page or send an e-mail to info@ujo.rocks and inform me about the issue.
The customer has the right to return the purchased product within 14 days after receiving it. The returned product must be in the same condition as when you received it, and unused in the original packaging. All additional material delivered with the item (boxes, flyers, polishing cloth etc) must be included in the return package.

reason for the return

The customer is responsible for the costs of the return shipment. After I have received the returned product and checked that it meets all requirements, I will refund the sum of the ordered item.
This return policy does not cover products which are produced or modified in accordance with the customer’s wishes. Please be sure of your commitment to your piece prior to purchasing.
If the package has been lost during transport, damaged or you’ve received the wrong item, inform me immediately by email at info@ujo.rocks.
If the package has been damaged in the mail, inform the postal office immediately about the fault, before opening the package. Make sure that you receive a copy of the notification. Inform me about the damage, preferably by email at info@ujo.rocks.
If there would be a defect in the product or the product is incorrect, I request that you are in contact with me within 14 days after receiving it.
