Effective from 1.7.2023.

When a customer orders a product or products from the shop, the customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The products/services are sold by Ujo (EU VAT number 28256956). Ujo sells products to private individuals of legal age in Finland and countries inside and outside EU.

All prices include value added tax (24%). Ujo reserves the right to change the prices.

Almost all items in the shop are made to order. I keep very little stock unless a sales event is ahead.

At the moment the products can only be ordered by sending me an email at info@ujo.rocks.

I will then check if it’s possible to ship to your country and notify you of the shipping costs. If you wish to proceed with the order, I will then send you an invoice via Paypal.

Off the shelf products are processed and shipped within 4 working days. Delivery time for custom made orders varies from a few weeks to several months. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a delivery notification with a tracking link to follow the progress of your shipment.

Delivery time in Finland is usually 1-3 days. Packaging and postage costs in Finland are 10€ per shipment.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties or other comparable costs imposed by their country.

Small orders are sent as a Registered letter and bigger orders as a Priority parcel via the Finnish Post. Both shipment types have tracking to most countries.

Shipping costs to EU countries are 15-30€ and other international shipments outside EU are 30-45€. Delivery time is usually 4-14 days.

I take pride in everything I make and I hope you will be satisfied with your product. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me via the contact page or send an e-mail to info@ujo.rocks and inform me about the issue. I will do what I can to resolve the situation.

The customer has the right to return the purchased product within 14 days after receiving it. The returned product must be in the same condition as when you received it, and unused in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for the costs of the return shipment.

Please add the following info with your return package:
your order number, name, address and phone number
your bank account number

After I have received the returned product and checked that it meets all requirements, I will refund the sum of the order.

This return policy does not cover products which are produced or modified in accordance with the customer’s wishes. Please be sure of your commitment to your piece prior to purchasing.

If the package has been lost during transport, damaged or you’ve received the wrong item, inform me immediately by email at info@ujo.rocks.

If the package has been damaged in the mail, inform the postal office immediately about the fault, before opening the package. Make sure that you receive a copy of the notification. Inform me about the damage, preferably by email at info@ujo.rocks.

If there would be a defect in the product or the product is incorrect, I request that you are in contact with me within 14 days after receiving it.
